Old flour mill or grist mill in Callington South Australia. Callington was a copper mining town from 1849 to 1875. Flour opened in 1858 and closed in 1859. Has been a private residence since 1859.

Kapunda. The 1858 built Congregational Church. Sir Sidney Kidman was a staunch Congregationalist and worshipped here until he moved to Unley Park in 1921. It is now used as a theatre.

Broken Hill. The almost octogonal large Wesleyan Methodist Church built in 1888. The oldest still in use church in Broken Hill. Now the Uniting Church. Heritage listed.

Broken Hill. Sturt Park. Memorial to the bands men who kept playing on the sinking Titanic. Broken Hill had four brass bands in 1912 and felt affinity with the Titanic band players.

Callington in the Bremer River Valley. Burials in this early copper mining town cemetery begin in 1864. Most of the headstones belong to German farmers or Cornish miners.

Parkes. The radio telescope. The dish is 64 metres or 210 feet across. The telescope was built in 1961.

Callington. Establishd 1849 and copper mining from 1850. This Cornish chimney stack was built in 1874 and the stone engine house was erected in 1874. Mining ceased 1870. Restarted 1872 and closed permanently 1875.

Moonta Mines historic copper mine site. The ruins of the Hughes Smith and Elder shafts' concentrating plant near the Hughes Enginehouse. Built 1865. Sea water was pumped here and mixed with sulphuric acid.
