Silverton in the Barrier Rnges. Silverton was founded in 1883. The Anglican rectory here was built as a half house.The other half was never built. Church was built in 1886 and the rectory a bit later. Now in ruins

Moonta Mines historic copper mine site. The ruins of the Hughes Smith and Elder shafts' concentrating plant near the Hughes Enginehouse. Built 1865. Sea water was pumped here and mixed with sulphuric acid.

Port Pirie Ellen Street railway station opened in 1902. Once had three guages. Trains ran up main street to the station until 1967. Now a museum.

Echuca. Central section with bay window built in 1860 as residence of Henry Hopwood. He died here 1869. Sold to nuns of St Brigid for a convent and school 1886. Still a Catholic School.

Stansbury Yorke Peninsula. Most Yorke Peninsula towns had a grain store like this near the town jetty for loading grain onto ketches to take it to Port Adelaide. Built around 1900.

Forbes. The Town Hall facing Victoria Squ. Gold royalties permitted a grand structure. The part with the corner tower finished in 1891. The left hand part was the first Town Hall about 1870 when Forbes became a municipality.

Wellington. Built for Commercial Bank of Sydney around 1910, now Stock Agent since 1985. On laneway with chamfered corners, recessed entrance with columns on each side, curved masonry balustrade on balcony.

Wirrabara. The 1884 Institute closed 1912. It was vacant and then a furniture shop for decades. In 1964 it was converted into an Anglican Church. The 1908 foundation stone was used from an earlier Anglican church .

Gordon ghost town of the Flinders Ranges on the Willochra Plains. The remains of an underground water tank behind rubble ruins in the main street. Town began 1879. Last resident left 1957. Most gone by 1930.
