Torrens Island quarantine station for SA govt 1878 to 1909 and Commonwealth govt to 1979. The isolation hospital staff kitchen and change room. Was inside an enclosed area to stop infection spreading. Built in 1912.Hospital demolished .

Port Adelaide. In the National Rail Museum an old South Australian Railways SAR Barwell Bull rail motor painted in the SA 1936 centenary colours. I rode in these to school and university in the 1950s and 1960s.

Torrens Island quarantine station run by SA govt 1878 to 1909 then the Federal govt. The Commonwealth built this new administration house in 1916 called Refshauge House. The Superindendent also lived upstairs.

Glanville near Port Adelaide. Ladlight window in the 1856 built Glanville Hall. Erected for Captain John Hart. He was a flourmiller mine investor and later Premier of South Australia.
