Moonta Mines School opened in 1878. Idential to other schools in this copper mining district such as Wallaroo Mines, Moonta and Wallaroo Schools. It was designed for 800 students but opened with 1,000 students. Now a local museum.

Yalata Sheep Station near Fowlers Bay. Run established 1858 by Robert Barr Smith and William Swan. Homestead built in 1880. Ruins of stone horse stables and yards. At its peak it covered 2.24 million acres.

Lyndoch. Randall cottages built in 1854. Randall ran it as a shoeshop and residence. Sold out of Randall family 1911. Recently restored and stucco on outside walls removed to display the original stonework.

Peterborough.Bishop Norton the Catholic Bishop of Port Augusta was a trained architect. He designed the Bishops Palace in Peterborough and had it built 1912. Catholic Bishops resided here until the moved to Pirie in 1952.

Dunedin. The former Union Bank built in 1874. The proportions are perfect. Grand Greek columns. It later became the ANZ Bank and now a nightclub. Architect was Robert Lawson.

Belalie North School ruins. Built 1922. Closed 1967. First state school 1881 elswhere. School in Methodist hall 1908 to 1922. A fire destroyed this privately owned building a few years.
