Towitta near Sedan. The first state school opened in the Wesleyan Church in 1880. This stone school built 1894. A third new state school built nexty door in 1922. Now a residence.

Kyneton. The Attic House which is just a cottage. Built 1858. Unusual for a small cottage to have these attic windows.

Woolsheds near Rhynie. The old Wesleyan Methodist Church built 1859 with cemetery and a bogged coach. Local farmer and his tractor to the rescue. Paddocks of canola.

Currency Creek. The new Orleans of the South. The former Currency CReek Inn which was built in 1858 for John Varcoe. Now restored and a function centre.

Sellicks Hill. Nan Hai Po Tuo Buddhist Temple. The proposed temple is adorned with a giant statue of a Buddha goddess 18 metres high surrounded with many of these finely carved columns. .

Dimboola. Old advertising from the 1950s from ETA products for Jellex jelly crystals. On the side of the current town IGA supermarket. ETA were food manufacturers at Sunshine in Melbourne.

Port Willunga. The Seaview Hotel. Licensed in the 1850s. Became an unlicensed Temperance Hotel around 1899.

Boorowa. Stained glass window imported from Ireland in 1881. This panel depicts Daniel O'Connell. Done for the Boorowa O'Connell Centenary Comittee 1875.

Geelong. 9 to 11 Malop Street. Built as London Chartered Bank in 1860. Basalt side walls and sandstone classical front. Almost fort like. Became an English Scottish and Australian Bank in 1921. Now other uses.

Bendigo. The grand Catholic Cathedral from the rear. Sacred Heart was started in 1896 with the foundations and nave completed 1901.Work ceased 1908. Completed 1954 to 1977.

Dimboola . The old Power Station. Industrial Art Deco and simple in style. Built 1916. Grid power arrived in Dimboola in 1958 and this station closed.

Redhill on the Broughton River. It was surveyed in 1870. The first hotel was this single storey building which opened in 1874 and closed in 1899 as a hotel.

Laura. Quaint single room wide solicitor's office where Clarence J Dennis the poet worked as a law clerk in 1890 .

Fryerstown. The ruins of the Duke of Cornwall gold mine engine house. This old gold mine is on the outskirts of Fryerstown. Evidence of gold mining and ruins are everywhere in this district.

Jamestown. The superb rose window in the Catholic Church which was built in 1929. It replaced an earlier 1872 church.

Geelong. Next to the 1877 built railway station is the old signal box and this road tunnel beneath the tracks. Beyond the signal box the rail line enters a short tunnel built 1875 to Geelong South.
