Maryborough. The bell tower 1887 and the red brick Anglican Church built in 1879. It has a fine rose window.

Bendigo. The Benevolent Asylum designed by architect William Vahland. Central section built in 1859. Vahland added two side sections in 1864 and 1872. Nearby is the Bendigo hospital designed by Vahland and built in 1858 and 1866.

Tailem Bend. The primary school. The original room attached to this building was erected in 1902. This two storey section was added in 1927 after SAR Commissioner Webb developed a rail centre here.

Apsley. This pretty Carpenter Gothic Anglican Church opened in 1906. The old bell tower is still in the garden but it is now a private residence.

Kapunda. South Australian copper mining town. A track side view of the Kapunda Railway station which was completed in 1860. It closed in the 1980s and is now a residence.

Port Germein. The lighthouse beacon which was near the end of the jetty. Relocated to the town end in 1975. The port closed in 1959.
