Ballina. The original Courthouse burnt down in 1881 and was replaced by this new one in the Italianate style in 1882. Architect was James Barnet govt. architect.

Moonta School. Opened in 1877 for 800 students. Identical to Moonta Mines and Wallaroo Mines and Wallaroo Schools which opened at the same time. It is now Moonta Area School.

Old Catholic Convent house in Terowie South Australia. Sisters of St Joseph ran a Catholic School in this town from 1911 to 1966. Now Terowie almost a ghost town.

Family and Shipping Butchers. Ellen Street Port Pirie. Built 1899. Note finely modelled pig bull and sheep across pediment. Providing meat for towns folk and ships in the port.

Yalata Sheep Station near Fowlers Bay. Run established 1858 by Robert Barr Smith and William Swan. Homestead built in 1880. Ruins of stone horse stables and yards. At its peak it covered 2.24 million acres.

Wirrabara. The 1884 Institute closed 1912. It was vacant and then a furniture shop for decades. In 1964 it was converted into an Anglican Church. The 1908 foundation stone was used from an earlier Anglican church .
