Streaky Bay. The limestone landscape of Eyre Peninsula means no rivers. Explorer Edward John Eyre camped at this waterhole in 1840 when he was exploring Eyre Peninsula. It still has water in it.

Darke Peak on Eyre peninsula. The orginal timber framed school opened in 1917. The stone building was erected in 1933. The school closed in 1938. The old wooden classroom was probably the original 1917 school room.
