Willochra Plains in the Flinders Ranges. The ruins of Kanyaka sheep station established in 1852. The stone buildings were erected in the late 1850s. They included mens dining room, staff accommodation etc.

Port Augusta in Gladstone Square. A bronze of former Mayor Joy Baluch who was mayor for 29 years. Bronze created by Linda Klarfeld and unveiled 2015. Depicts her with one of her famous hats.

Wallaroo Yorke Peninsula. Wallaroo was the smelting hub for Moonta and Wallaroo copper Mines. Smelters owned by Sir Walter Watson Hughes. This first smelter chimney erected in 1861. There were 13 chimneys at its peak.

Tailem Bend. Former railway town on the River Murray. The 1926 Anglican Church in local limetstone. Unsual brick work arched over small rectangular windows. (2)

Parkes. This second Courthouse designed by colonial government architect Walter Vernon was built in 1896. Like many courthouses it has a clerestroy window in the roof to let in light.

Edithburgh. This Uniting Church was built as a Methodist Church in 1909. Prior to that an earlier Wesleyan Methodist Church was on this site from 1874.

Tumut. Worte Cottage. Built around 1890 with red brick walls and yellow brick quoins, a bay window and very decorative barge boards on the gables. Very pretty.

Hallett. The first Institue built in 1879. Became the Anglican Church in 1932 when the front windows were given a Gothic appearance. Sold to RSL Club in 1953 when a second Anglican Church was built elsewhere in the town.

Weethalle. The old railway station now a small cafe. Behind is the fine town hotel. The railway reached here in 1923. Town established 1921 for soldier settlers from WW1.

Port Vincent on St Vincent's Gulf Yorke Peninsula. Ketches and other sailing ships like this carted bagged grain from the jetty to Port Adelaide from the 1870s to the late 1960s.

Adelaide. Torrens Park. Scotsman Alexander McGeorge built this two storey bluestone mansion in 1872. It was enlarged several times. Now has no proper street frontage.
