Orroroo Railway Station and the silos behind. Now a private house. The railway line from Peterborough and Adelaide reached Orroroo in 1881 as it was pushed northwards to Quorn to link to Port Augusta and eventually Perth from 1917.

Woodside Methodist church. Built as Wesleyan Methodist in 1862 next to the original 1852 church built on the glebe lands.

Wallaroo Yorke Peninsula. Wallaroo was the smelting hub for Moonta and Wallaroo copper Mines. Smelters owned by Sir Walter Watson Hughes. This first smelter chimney erected in 1861. There were 13 chimneys at its peak.

Birregurra. This Catholic Church was built in 1907. The first wooden Catholic Church was erected in 1864.

Blinman. In the Flinders Ranges. Old copper mining town. Old miner's cottage of pug and pine and a separate stone kitchen.

Geelong. The old Courthouse in Gheringhap Street. It was built in 1880. Around 1930 it was transformed into a Spanish Mission Art Deco building with terracotta roof. Now used for community arts.

Adelaide. The Sir Thomas Elder bandstand in Elder Park. donated 1881 when the Torrens Weir was built. Sent from Glasgow. Erected 1882. The park near the Torrens was renamed Elder Park.

Picturesque ruins. It was the Hartley Vale Wesleyan methodist Church which operated from 1856 to 1895.

Parkes. This second Courthouse designed by colonial government architect Walter Vernon was built in 1896. Like many courthouses it has a clerestroy window in the roof to let in light.

Maryborough Victoria. This old technical institute was built in 1890 with a single story laboratory block behind it. This western part was built in the same style in 1928.

Hawker in the Flinders Ranges. North Arkaba state school opened in a pug and pine Primitive Methodist Church in 1879. This fine stone school room opened in 1888. North Arkaba School closed in 1944.

Geelong. Yarra Street. The pipe organ and stained glass rose window in St Mary's Catholic Church. Work began in 1854. The church opened in 1872. All work was completed in 1937.

Hammond ghost town.This Catholic Church was erected in 1907 with stone from the first Wilmington Catholic Church. It closed in 2006. Now only has a congregation of ghosts and pigeons.

Forbes. This stone Catholic Church was the third in Forbes and it opened in 1880. The sanctuary at the rear was added in 1905. .

Lochiel near Nantawarra South Australia. Lake Bumbunga which was used for salt gathering. Creeks from the Hummock Ranges flow into the lake which has no river to drain it hence the built up of algae and salt. .
