Hummocks Station near Snowtown. Leasehold taken out in 1842. Subdivided for soldier settler farms in 1921. Rusty old horse drawn plough beside the creek.

Forbes. The Town Hall facing Victoria Squ. Gold royalties permitted a grand structure. The part with the corner tower finished in 1891. The left hand part was the first Town Hall about 1870 when Forbes became a municipality.

Wellington. Built for Commercial Bank of Sydney around 1910, now Stock Agent since 1985. On laneway with chamfered corners, recessed entrance with columns on each side, curved masonry balustrade on balcony.

Wirrabara. The 1884 Institute closed 1912. It was vacant and then a furniture shop for decades. In 1964 it was converted into an Anglican Church. The 1908 foundation stone was used from an earlier Anglican church .

Gordon ghost town of the Flinders Ranges on the Willochra Plains. The remains of an underground water tank behind rubble ruins in the main street. Town began 1879. Last resident left 1957. Most gone by 1930.
