Forbes. The first Methodist services were held on these goldfields in 1863. The first Wesleyan Methodist church was built in 1877. This Gothic brick church was erected in 1906. Now Uniting.

Edenhope. The 1966 built Anglican Church from the highway. The first Anglican church in Edenhope was built in 1916 and is now the Lutheran Church.

Langhorne Creek. The Odd Fellows Hall. Built 1870. Used for public meetings until the Soldiers Memorial Hall opened in 1934. Also used for showing movies.

Young. The main entrance of the 1883 built state school. Part is now the Lambing Flat Museum. This part is used by the local history society.

Beechworth. This was a gold rush town from 1852. This superb granite wall was built behind the early Bank of New South Wales. Protection from bushrangers was needed in the 1850s.

Milang. Red hot pokers pidgeons and the Milang Anglican Church. It was built in 1911.

Bendigo. Ornate chimney on a cement rendered building behnid the Post Office which was built in 1887.

Maryborough. A replica of the Mary Ann steam train built at Walkers Foundryby Olds and Sons. The original train was built in 1873 to cut timber from the hinterlands of Cooloola Creek. Now operates as a tourist train in Queens Park.
