| 説明 | The sagebrush steppe in and around the area of Wells, Nevada, has been highly disturbed by fire and other physical disturbances. Regardless, Bromus tectorum is not very common except along roads and stream banks. This particular site was the only one sampled with an abundance of cheatgrass. The bunchgrass Stipa comata (at center) is also abundant here. This site might have been highly disturbed by causes other than fire to have such an abundance of Chrysothamnus nauseosus (rubber rabbitbrush). |
