| 説明 | SEOUL, South Korea — U.S. Representative Charles B. Rangel (D-N.Y.), 13th District, meets with U.S. and Republic of Korea service members Aug. 28 during a visit to CP TANGO. Front row: Gen. James Thurman, commander, United Nations Command, Combined Forces Command and U.S. Forces Korea; Rangel; and ROK Gen. Kwon Oh-Sung, deputy commander, CFC. Second row: Pvt. Tae Kim and Pvt.
