| 説明 | End of the road. A long shack selling cold drinks, coconut juice (buko juice in the local lingo) and over priced souvenirs marks the end of the trail. I'm finally happy to get off my horse and cannot but admire the brave hearts who dared to trek all this way up, in the intense heat, and are now preparing to trek back, like this lady in the foreground. The mess you see in the foreground is actually heaps of sand bags placed in rows to use as a step or platform for you to get on and off the horse. (Manila- Tagaytay, Philippines, May 2013) |
