| 説明 | Their permits checked, another group of tourists is helped onto the boat. It works something like this: get your permit WELL IN ADVANCE. It is NOT possible to just arrive there and ask for a permit. Most PP hotels will only make a tentative booking, but will not confirm your booking till they get their permit. (preference is given to hotels and tour companies while issuing permits). Step 2, drive from PP to Sabang, nearly two hours. Step 3: on arrival, give your id to the guide who will then go to the undergroud river authority's office. The office will painfull check each id against each name and give the go ahead. Step 4: Once checked, and cleared, take this boat to the underground river hop off point. Step 5: Short walk to the other side of the hop off point. Wait your turn and change to a row boat for your trip into the underground river tunner proper. Step 6: Enjoy! (Puerto Princesa, Philippines, May 2013) |
