| 説明 | Master Graham Thompson 24/7/22The GSV holds a collection of over 300 photos donated by Clyde Snape. They appear to have been developed several decades ago from a professional photographer's negatives that were damaged by mould. They appear to be reject photos or test photos.Each negative had a reference number and some names but it is by no means certain that the names refer to the individuals in the photo - it may be the name of the persons paying for the photographer's services. All the photos were taken in the period 1900-1930, probably in Melbourne, Victoria.Please contact GSV if you are able to provide information about a photo. It may help us identify the name of the photographer.We have cropped and edited each photo slightly and will also provide an image of the original as a comment. A copy of both can be provided on request. |
