| 説明 | Soldiers and National Park Service workers unload equipment and supplies from a U.S. Army Alaska Aviation Task Force CH-47 Chinook helicopter on Kahiltna Glacier May 20. The Chinook was one of two which transported a team of eight Soldiers and one Army civilian from Fort Wainwright to the National Park Service base camp on the glacier to begin their attempt to climb Mount McKinley. One of the helicopters also flew material to the base camp for the NPS. The team members are representatives of U.S. Army Alaska's Northern Warfare Training Center and the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division. (Army photo/John Pennell) |
