| 説明 | Originally converted from C-54A G-ARZV and delivered to Aer Lingus as EI-AMP, this Carvair was eventually sold to Eastern Provincial in 1968 and returned to ATL at Southend for refurbishment including installation of cold weather equipment. It was first allocated CF-EPU but became CF-EPX and I photographed it outside the ATL hangar on 29 Jun 1968. It left on delivery on 5 Jul and had a very short life with EPA, being destroyed in an approach crash at Twin Falls, Labrador, on 28 Sep 1968.Photo: Richard John Goring (Transportraits) |
