| 説明 | MacSimski mounted this video projector (or "beamer") lens onto a Canon EF mount, it's on loan to me now to have a little fun with.The name of the lens was chosen because it looks a bit like the iconic HAL 9000 eye. The focal length zoom range is unknown. The F-number is fixed (obviously, due to the lack of an aperture to stop the lens down) and it is unknown (well, it hasn't been guesstimated yet). The "f/?" is pronounced as "f huh?" of course ^_^I have taken a few shots which turned out quite nice. Infinity focus needs a slight correction and the rear lens element could use a bit of cleaning. Not surprising, since dust and debris can fall into the lens through the slots in the barrel. I might weather-proof it a bit with a few strips of (clear) adhesive tape :-)Update: issues regarding infinity focus have been corrected. I'm going out to shoot some more photos with this beast and confuse onlookers :-D |
