| 説明 | Matt Murphy, Natural Resource Specialist, uses an auger to create holes deep enough to plant the seedlings ensuring the roots are not bent. Volunteer planters follow behind. Approximately 3,000 sagebrush and bitterbrush seedlings were planted by hand near Nelson Creek of the Willow Fire area. The Willow Fire consumed 42,781 acres (33,265 private and 9,516 public) in a large portion of Preliminary Priority Habitat for Greater Sage-grouse (PPH) as well as affected Lahontan cutthroat trout and mule deer habitat. |
