| 説明 | 6 March 2013. Haringey Council and its contractors Veolia have now switched to a two-weekly general waste collection, while keeping and extending the weekly recycling collection. The aim - which has been achieved - is a significant increase in recycling rates The changeover was done in three phases, beginning in the west of the borough. The plan was to learn from problems in the first phase to improve implementation as this was "rolled-in" across the borough. We in the east had our new larger recycling bins in September 2012.Plainly, the system wasn't properly working outside these flats at 93-110 Holcombe Road, Tottenham.
