| 説明 | Building these transmission lines meant cutting down trees, a natural protector for the winding Raccoon Creek. Without the trees, the streambanks destablized and erosion degraded the water quality. Before restoration to restore the riparian buffer and create riffles with new gravel substrate, this stretch of Raccoon Creek was a tough place to be a darter. |
