In 1999, it had been sitting 20 years and still owned by the original owner, Frank Bahmann. He had purchased it when he lived in NY on Long Island. The car had been painted white and apparently shown at the NY Auto Show. Originally, it had been the black, green and white combination of colors that the City of New York Used at the time |
