| 説明 | Embassy Tel Aviv's MEPI funded project “Negotiation Training for High School Students” kicked off in various cities around Israel during the month of October. The methodology, developed by Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation (PON), is used to train eleventh-grade Israeli high school students basic negotiation skills. Jewish and Arab schools are paired as students participate in 2-day workshops that test their ability to negotiate with one another and work together to solve problems or find the best alternative to a negotiated agreement. For many of the students this is the first real interaction they have with “the other.” An online network will be created for participants to continue interacting virtually after the training are over. |
