Brown, a civilian employee with U.S. Army Africa’s property book office was recently inducted into the Honorable Order of Saint Martin for his significant contributions to the U.S. Army Quartermaster Corps. Balser is USARAF’s G-4, Logistics director and Brogan is the commander of USARAF’s Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion.
