| 説明 | A three-judge Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (ASLB) panel begins an evidentiary hearing in October in Tarrytown, N.Y., regarding the Indian Point nuclear power plant license renewal application. The hearing, involving Tier 1 Contentions, is scheduled to span several weeks and end in December. The ASLB panel's lead judge, Lawrence McDade, can be seen on one of the large display screens used in the hearing room to help the audience better follow the proceeding on Oct. 15, 2012.
