| 説明 | Volunteers from both Project Healing Waters Programs at Fort Belvoir and Quantico spent some time at The Orvis Store in Woodbridge, Sat., Oct. 13, during the store's Fall Fest, speaking with customers and passersby about the programs. An informational table was set up in the store and Fort Belvoir program lead, Bob Gartner, tied flies and talked to interested customers about the programs. Volunteer guides Mark Pierce (Fort Belvoir) and Dan Soper (Quantico) did some fly casting on the open grassy area in front of the store, talked to passersby about the programs and gave a short lesson to a young man who stopped by. The Orvis store manager, Duber Winters, is a dedicated supporter of the Project Healing Waters Programs and worked with both program leads to coordinate the informational event. |
