| 説明 | Pigmented yeast (fungus) cells in a section of a giant cell (its arc of multiple nuclei at the edge), from granulomatous inflammation in the skin of a 75 year old US woman. This is chromomycosis (chromoblastomycosis, Fonseca's disease), rather rare and very difficult to treat. Routine hematoxylin and eosin stain, very high magnification. |
