説明 | As some of you may, or may not, know, my family and I live in a rural community of manufactured homes. It's not so bad, really. Quiet and spacious. Relaxing. Now, some folks are determined to take care of their property, manufactured or not. In fact, there's some rather pretty yards in the neighborhood. The house directly to our left, however, is not one of these.Existing as long as we've been here, in the neighbor's yard, is a junk heap that is the very definition of eyesore. I mean, you've got dirt, rocks, old building materials and, as the crowning glory, a tire. This thing is going to last for ages, and nobody's made any attempt to do anything about it.Incidentally, the neighbor has since vanished and the house gone up for sale. That's gonna be a fun one for any realtor to explain away.Maybe I can argue for its existence lowering my property taxes. Hmmm. |
