| 説明 | Just got this. It is from the Auschwitz concentration camp. Jehovah's Witnesses were made to wear the Purple Triangle so that Nazi officers could keep an eye on them. Witnesses were considered very dangerous in the eyes of Nazi's, because of their fearlessly exposing them for what they were doing, while others (including religious leaders) were condoning their actions.Jehovah's Witnesses were the only ones that were allowed to leave the camps at any time, they only had to renounce their faith. Only a very small minority did this. Because of their faith, many more Witnesses came out of the camps than what went in. They assisted not only their own spiritual family, but help others in the camp with food and other necessities. Many became Witnesses while in the camp because of the love and faith Witnesses showed while in these horrendous camps. |
