| 説明 | *Happy fourth of july to ya from beverly, judy, and roller. Hope if you are cooking up something or other, or lighting up anything at all, that it all gets done and lit without any kinda dang ole hot flash uh goin on!!!*The following new painting is a sequel to an earlier painting (Seen further down)...I tell ya, it's all hard to keep up with. I can (And do) - sort of...And, hope you can too! Again, happy fourth!!!**L’Shanah haba’A bi yerushalayim !!! *****Mrs. Rogers (Just that very morning of july fourth - having been her non-menopausal other self, beverly) Had (About mid-morning) Later become transmogrified as mrs. Rogers...Confusing the wrong day of the year withthe right one...Cooked up the right meal, but on the wrong day...Had to go outside for a smoke (Even if merely a candy lucky strike)... ******And her little half-sister, judy...Though momentarily stuck in a fork...Knew all along her big half-sister, beverly was having a flash... ****And, though none of it (Any of it) Ever got sorted out, both girls had eventually acceded the passing over of the full moon the night before had disoriented them; had made them both misconstrue the fourth day of july as being either ash wednesday, or the second day of passover because they both had heard a 1938 first baptist church broadcast of the reading of thehaggadah on the radio...The pastor being obviously inebriated...Having received the wrong sermon from the right subscription...And - to boot - having been the very same pastor who had thrown beverly out of church for having smoked during choir rehearsal...******It was all exceedingly complex...An abashed and hopeless imbricationof confused years, dates, times, et all...One would have had to at leasthalfway been there to understand... ***** |
