| 説明 | A glass of Gueuze Tilquin on draft at Amundsen Bryggeri & Spiseri in Oslo.This is the first time the gueuze from Gueuzerie Tilquin is available on draft in Norway, but unlike the 6% abv Oude Gueuze Tilquin à l’ancienne this draft version - known just as Gueuze Tilquin - holds only 4.8% abv, perfect for drinking more than one glass.It poured a hazy orange color with a large, white head. It had a nice sour aroma with green apples and a mild funky character. Light mouthfeel with a fizzy character. The flavor started out with a fruity sourness, typically unripe apples, and a mild barnyard character. Some hints of lactic acidity too, lingering in the aftertaste. A mild gueuze, nice and refreshing. |
