| 説明 | A bottle of Malheur 12 from De Landtsheer in Buggenhout, Belgium, at the 21st Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation.Malheur 12, which is brewed in the same town as the festival was held, is a 12% abv strong ale. It poured a dark, reddish brown color with a massive beige head. It sported a rich aroma of ripe fruits, spices, malt and hints of alcohol. The mouthfeel was full bodied with a creamy carbonation. The flavor started out with a massive malt bill, plenty of sweetness, ripe fruits and some yeast. Long aftertaste with ripe fruits and a mild alcohol sensation.This is a massive malt beer, tasty and very sweet. It should cellar well, mellowing its sweet character.[blog entry] |
