| 説明 | A four-man U.S. Army Corps of Engineers 553rd Engineering Detachment, Forward Engineering Support Team-Advance based at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ traveled to Latvia, Estonia and Croatia May 8-19, 2012 to conduct route reconnaissance and assessments of a hydroelectric plant, building and bridge in support of U.S. European Command’s Saber Strike and Immediate Response exercises. Tim Nauman, a USACE Europe District electrical engineer, augmented the FEST-A in Croatia to assist with the hydroelectric power plant inspection and assessment.
