| 説明 | What a cracking morning as we head up into the wild blue yonder settled on Ashop Head. While climbing the path hares straining like curious meerkats marked our progres and raucous grouse; groused complaint of trespass. I spotted a Buzard which Melvyn pointed out was a Heron! Stripping me instantly bereft of the ornithological street cred I crave. With an eye to the future we marked out the ruined building at the foot of Upper Gate Clough (just out of pic in the valley-bottom), a grand site for a wild-camp at 091907, which will be kept a close-guarded secret. |
