| 説明 | A bottle of Malheur 12 from De Landtsheer in Buggenhout, Belgium.Maleheur 12 is a 12% abv Belgian strong ale, this particular bottle was 6 years old by the time we opened it in March 2012.It poured a clear red tinged brown color with a thin beige head. The first thing I noticed in the aroma was a mild note of oxidation, but it still had much of its old glory left, just more subdued, with hints of candy sugar, spices and dried fruits. It had a full bodied mouthfeel but seemed a bit flat. The initial flavor was really nice, echoing the aroma with its sweet dried fruits and mild spiciness. But the flavor was really short, leaving a watery aftertaste with every sip. Obviously over the top. |
