| 説明 | I blended Hamelman's whole wheat recipe with my mentor's standard formula to create this naturally leavened whole wheat bread. It's half whole wheat flour, half all-purpose flour. Just as I've read, the naturally leavening did seem to make for a bread that kept longer. |
