| 説明 | Flimjoelk ist so etwas wie Sauermilch. Es ist kein Jogut und kein Kefir,sondern einfache sauere Milch. Ich kenne so etwas eigentlich auch nur auffr�heren Zeiten aus Polen, denn in Deutschland konnte man so etwas nichtkaufen, und die Pasterisierte Milch wollte einfach nicht sauer werden siewurde bitter und damit ungenie�bar, da die richtigen Bakterien fehlten.Wenn man allerdings etwas Jogurt reintut dann wird sie sauer :-).Flimjoelk is a kind of curdled milk. It isn't yoghurt, but more fluently.I do know that from the good old times in Poland. In Germany I didn't satsomething like that and you're not able to buy that. The long-life milkwon't curdle because the bacteria which are needful are missing. So thismilk will be bitter. But there is a way to avoid this, put some yoghurtinto and wait one or two days.--jeenaparadies.net |
