| 説明 | A pint of Dark Island from The Orkney Brewery in Stromness, Orkney Islands, Scotland from cask at The Tass, Edinburgh.Dark Island is a 4,6% abv Old Ale. It poured dark brown, almost black, with a fine tan head. It sported a good roasted aroma, almost porter-ish, with hints of smoke. The texture was smooth and creamy. The flavor started with a mild coffee roasted character, some dark chocolate and hints of licorice. Nice bitter finish with hints of smoke. All in all a surprisingly tasty and easy to drink cask ale. |
