| 説明 | A glass of Aventinus from Weissbierbrauerei G. Schneider & Sohn in Kelheim, Germany, on tap at The Wharf in Aalborg, Denmark.This 8,2% abv weizen bock is one of my favorite draft beers and they always seem to have if on draft at The Wharf, so I always grab one on a visit to the pub. This one poured a murky brown color with a beige head. It sported a sweet, fruity aroma - lime with caramel? The mouthfeel was medium heavy with a smooth carbonation. The flavor started out with ripe fruits, pear or apple, and some caramel. I also detected hints of yeast, giving it a light citrusy character that lingered in the aftertaste. As always, a delicious beer! |
