| 説明 | Heading for the end of the long runway, leaving from the southern International terminal. Apparently the Lufthansa A380 goes to the northern International terminal. Not a great photo from the detail perspective alas. But its full of life and I made it myself. As it came out of the international terminal area on the southern side of the terminal, it was more a presence than a visible object- I had a sense something was there but only saw it when I put camera to eye- it was head-on and the fuselage and fin/rudder are just so much bigger than anything else, I wasn't 'seeing' it. Here its making its way along the taxiway to go down to the end of the north/south runways. It is a very quiet airplane, nice work, and rose positively and easily, earlier than some asian-bound 747-400s I've seen. Wouldn't surprise me if SFO to Paris didn't require full tanks.Passing through a clutch of single aisle workhorses, this was an impressive piece of hardware.DSC_0719 |
