| 説明 | On April 1-2, the youth groups of Biltmore, Covenant Community, Groce, Skyland, Asbury and the UM WNC District gathered on the campus of Covenant Community to fast for 30 hours. This effort raised awareness and funds to fight world hunger. All donations went to World Vision to fund their efforts in Haiti, Niger, Myanmar and Ethiopia. In addition to fasting, youth participated in "tribe challenges" and slept outside in cardboard boxes to experience just a hint of what it might be like to live in the midst of disaster, hunger and poverty. |
