| 説明 | An advertising flyer for what must have been a very interesting exhibition in Leicester Square, in London way back in the early 1800s. Bird's eye views of Dublin and Cairo taken from prominent viewpoints and on display in an especially built Rotunda in Leicester Square. The Dublin scenes were captured from the roof of the jewellers "Law and Son" which was situated at the corner of Astons Quay and O'Connell Street, so right in the heart of the city!Collection: Prints and Drawings CollectionDate: Printed 1809NLI Ref.: PD B90You can also view this image, and many thousands of others, on the NLI’s catalogue at catalogue.nli.ie |
