| 説明 | A glass of Schouskjelleren Centennial IPA at Olympen in Oslo.As the name implies, Centennial IPA is a single hop India Pale Ale brewed with Centennial hops only. It has a strength of 5,9% abv.It poured hazy reddish amber color with a beige head. It had a mild citrusy hop aroma. The mouthfeel was creamy, with an almost acidic carbonation. The flavor started out with a taste of unripe apples and a grassy note, some mild citrus too. I could also taste a mild yeast note, but nothing like when it was fresh. The aftertaste had a mild hop bitterness with some fruit.This was a very refreshing and fruity IPA, mild but good. |
