| 説明 | Mayor Billy Kenoi and Kauai Mayor Bernard Carvalho joined hundreds of Mayors from around the country in the wake of the tragedy in Tucson by signing the United States Conference of Mayors (USCOM) Civility Accord. The accord is an agreement by all members of USCOM to eliminate hateful, violent, and divisive rhetoric from the public discourse.
