As temps began to fall, a friend and I observed this big snake crossing a highway in front of us. We quickly picked it up out of the asphalt road and moved it to a more remote gravel road before traffic likely would have killed it. The snake was defensive, hissing and striking vigorously. After photos it was released in thick desert scrub to continue it's journey.Oklahoma |
