| 説明 | Teotihuacan, often referred to as the City of the Gods, is an ancient Mesoamerican city known for its large pyramids, such as the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. Established around 100 BCE, it became one of the largest cities in the pre-Columbian Americas, with a population estimated at over 125,000 people. The Avenue of the Dead, a grand road that connects many of the city's structures, is flanked by impressive architectural complexes and plazas. Teotihuacan's influence extended throughout Mesoamerica, and its cultural and religious significance has earned it a place as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. |
