| 説明 | On Thurbo's GTW multiple units a new test software for controlling the air conditioning in the passenger compartment is running. The test has ecological reasons and also serves to prepare for possible energy shortages. There is a winter and a summer operation. From November 1 to February 28, the setpoint temperature in the passenger compartment is lowered by 2°C. From March 1 to October 31, the setpoint temperature in the passenger compartment is increased by 2 °C. The test runs still until autumn 2025 and the driver's cab is not affected. Since it was rather cold on the trains in summer and you could almost burn your fingers on the heaters in winter, these 2 degrees difference will hardly be noticed. I haven't felt any change so far.
