| 説明 | There's NO Parking on Sidewalks_____Notice the reflective vest on the dash. That's a telltale sign how they "may" work for New York City Transit. But so what? The car is parked on a sidewalk and next to a subway entrance at that. These vehicles are never ticketed, nor towed. And that building beyond the fence is the 39th Avenue Subway Ventilation Complex. I feel that it's all a ruse and the largest running joke in the entire city.
